Accommodations
Our 15 elegantly appointed private guest rooms range in price from $185 to $285 per night, plus taxes and fees. We have one very special room for $285 per night. All rooms are single occupancy, with private bath. Rates listed below are available seven days a week, year-round. (Please see information below regarding additional room occupants.)

Room Rates from $185 - $285
$285 – Royal Luxury Room: Our largest, most royal room, marble fireplace, expansive vista and king sized bed.
$235 – Deluxe Luxury Room: A spacious, richly appointed light-filled room with marble fireplace and stunning vista.
$185 – Economy Luxury Room: Private room with attached bath and expansive view from the quiet third floor.
$185 – Economy Luxury Room: Private room with adjacent private bath (outside the room) and expansive view from the quiet third floor.
Additional Charges and Fees
Massachusetts 6.25% room and meals tax will be added to your bill, as well as a 3% Service Charge. Note: For one night reservations an additional $20 Housekeeping fee will be added to the base room rate.
Room and Use Policies
PLEASE NOTE: Rooms are designed for single occupancy. For a second room occupant (one bed in room) – an additional $100 per night will be charged. With second occupant and an additional bed in the room (subject to availability), the additional charge will be $150 per night.
Handicap Accessible Rooms
Inquire about our handicap accessible room (first floor), and our second floor handicap assist rooms (require use of a wheel chair accessible mechanical lift and a few steps that will require assistance to navigate.)

Amenities
We offer a quiet, stress-free atmosphere with outdoor walking trails, gardens and the profound healing effect of the surrounding nature. Recommended exercise for those participating in the Maharishi Rejuvenation Panchakarma program are outdoor walking and yoga in your room. Our center is not equipped with pool, sauna, workout rooms or sports facilities. For our Spa and Hotel visitors, our neighboring areas offer many excellent golf courses, horse riding stables, the Wachusett Mountain Ski resort, and several Audubon nature preserves.
Quiet Hours
We ask that you respect the house quiet hours between 10 pm – 8 am. We also have a meditation hour between 5 and 6 pm.
Best Arrivial Times
If possible please arrive after 9 AM and before 8 PM.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in or near the Mansion.
Alcoholic Beverages
Alcoholic Beverages are not permitted on the premises.
Personal Food Items
We request that take-out foods and non-vegetarian foods not be brought into the Mansion or guest rooms. Personal contained foods items such as snacks and beverages are allowed. (Please let us know if you will need refrigeration for any personal foods or beverages.)
Security Deposit
We ask for a $200 refundable security deposit and ask that you use care with any foods, liquids, or other items that may stain or damage furniture, carpets, etc.
Pets
We do not allow pets at Lancaster.
