Organic Fine Dining
We serve all organic, sumptuous vegetarian meals in our graciously appointed dining room. We prepare all our dishes fresh on the premises with only the finest organic ingredients. We use no frozen, canned, packaged or pre-prepared foods. Our chefs apply Ayurveda cooking and food preparation principles to create our delicious, satisfying and nutritious cuisine.
Health and happiness are the natural outcomes of a balanced freshly prepared diet, and are an important part of your total experience at Lancaster. We also offer the opportunity for you to learn more about the basics of Ayurvedic cooking and principles of healthy eating during our evening lectures on fundamentals of Maharishi Ayurveda, and through our Ayurvedic cooking classes and demonstrations.
We are happy to accommodate specific dietary requirements. Most of our cuisine is low fat, low salt and is Vegan compatible. Please inform us prior to your arrival of any dietary requirements you may have, so we can best accommodate your needs.
Our Daily Menu:
Breakfast: Available from 8 to 10 am. Hot oatmeal, assorted teas, hot milk or milk substitute (upon request), Rajas Cup coffee substitute.
Lunch Buffet: Available from Noon to 1:30 pm. Organic soup of the day, two organic whole grain dishes, two organic vegetable dishes, freshly made flat breads, homemade organic Lassi (fresh yogurt drink), assorted teas and an organic fruit dessert.
Dinner Buffet: Available from 6:00 to 7:30 pm. Organic soups, organic whole grain dishes, organic vegetable dishes, and fresh homemade flat breads, assorted teas.
